Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout the United States and internationally. U.S. delivery is free for orders over $50 and normally takes 2–5 business days. International delivery to the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Europe usually takes 7–18 business days; other destinations usually take 14–20 business days. Duties and taxes are not included.
What shipping options do you offer?
U.S. customers can choose Standard delivery, which normally takes 2–5 business days, or Express delivery, which normally takes 1–2 business days. International orders are sent using Standard delivery.
What is the return policy?
Your order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Return it within 30 days for a full refund. We will notify you by email after the return has been received and inspected. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us so we can arrange an exchange.
When will I get my order?
Orders normally leave our facility within 24–48 hours. Delivery in the United States averages 2–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking details are sent as soon as your order is on the way.
